  • 250 grams of fresh shrimp
  • 250 grams of chicken meat
  • 50 grams of sago
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fried onions
  • To taste salt, sugar and ground pepper

How to make:

  1. Mix the shrimp & chicken meat, process in the food chopper until smooth, add the garlic, fried onions, green onions, eggs, sago, salt, gulq and pepper, process again until well blended.
  2. Move the dough into the container, take enough dough then form a circle using 2 spoons, put the dough into hot oil, fry the meatballs over medium heat until yellowish, remove, drain, serve with chili sauce or mayonnaise as a dip.
